Reblogged this on Smorgasbord – Variety is the spice of life and commented:
A very important message shared by Ali Isaac in Ireland. I started smoking at 14 by pinching one or two cigs out of my father’s packets. I gave up at 39 – for all of us who smoked for that long it is a waiting game….. These youngsters have made a film for other kids to try and prevent them starting this habit in the first place. They need votes for their film to win a competition and it would be great if you would pop over, watch and like. We did not know the dangers 50 years ago but today it is well documented but still children as young as 8 or 9 are smoking because they do not understand the consequences or what is written on the packet. A film by their peers however might make the difference. Please share Ali’s post.
